I have been working on this piece for the past 7 months and I finally managed to finish it, so here you have it.
About the Poem
As My Veins Turn Red Again talks about resurrection. After going through a lot of pain when somebody finally comes out of it, how they feel, how it still haunts them yet how they battle it everyday and find happiness. The overall message is to never give up. As Buddha says,"It's never to late to turn over a new leaf."
About the Artists
I would like to start by thanking for her utmost cooperation with the piece and making the artwork for this poem. It took us about 4-5 months to finalize the whole piece and it's artwork and she has not only shown her patience but has been dedicated and I am glad I got to do this with her. Beth is an amazing artist with great capabilities and specialties and has developed new skills with time. I believe she would become a great artist someday.
My biggest thanks goes to He is an AMAZING writer. His capability with words, comparisons and metaphors is beautiful. He says so much in such a beautiful way which made me feel that he would be the best person to help me write this masterpiece. Benjamin has shown a lot of patience in dealing with me and has always offered artistic ideas. I really enjoyed working with him and I can assure you that you would be reading a book written by him very soon.
Overall I am glad that I could make 2 great artistic friends who did justice to this title and this beautiful piece.
I really hope you guys enjoy this piece.
Love you all! xx

About the Poem
As My Veins Turn Red Again
Within darkness I writhe, as his whispering blows wither my lips to autumn,
I know every stone of this floor, colored with congealed carmine that oozed off my eye
Your talons grasp my shoulder, a vulture clutching carrion close to it's beak
Your serpent fangs shatter all sensation in my shoulder
your knife makes my broken veins howl for plasma, your purple haze chokes the air off me
A crown of thorns are the remnants of my pride crying its demise,
As you whisper your howled haunted horrific hallucinations
The cries of my dried throat have been clasped in unheard silences.
A false sunrise grasps my heart in its leather fingers,
My eyes open greyyed with the smoke of your cigar
No more can I choke down my own blood boiled to black clumps
Acid runs in my veins, ruins in my cheeks, eats me in-out
Your cane strikes and blade slits, spelling out your pleasure
But as you make your last slash, the lioness inside me erupts at last.
The last slash still burns but I escaped my chains,

Ice Blue Blood (Collaboration)
And after about 2-3 months I finally finish my much awaited collaboration with !dannyboy1994 (https://www.deviantart.com/dannyboy1994) called Ice Blue Blood.
Ice Blue Blood is about the pain one faces while separation. When you are pulled away from your loved one from circumstances you can't control and because of the fault that is not yours, but theirs. It talks about the love, hate, desperation, blindness, lust, the very essence of love in all it's colours, just icy.
Love is always associated with red, but here we have linked it to "Ice Blue", how separation leaves you in an icy cold pit that sends chills down your spine.
Do check the piece out :)

HEROES
As I complete my 100 deviations (it shows as 113 because of the folder and I don't know how to remove it leaving my deviations unharmed) I thought of my journey here. I have completed one whole year on deviantArt with a 100 deviations. Not only that I have found very amazing artists with beautiful works and amazingly unique capabilites, and all of you have inspired me to be where I am.
Well when I was on a 92, I decided to climb these last few steps to a new benchmark with people who have made my experience here so special. (:
And so came HEROES. The idea actually came to me when I was talking to ~Dan-West (https://www.deviantart.com/dan-west) (WE SHARE BIRTHDAYSSS! :D) An

This is a piece that I thought I burnt off. When I was young I used to tear or burn whatever I used to write. I found this piece lying somewhere and sure was a tear in the eye.
Well this gives me hope and makes me proud, of who I am and who I will be.
I did a part of this piece with an amazing friend of mine ~Alexlemenestrel (https://www.deviantart.com/alexlemenestrel)
He has been a very close friend and has offered his shoulder to me everytime. With him life seems as if its lost in happiness. Regrets, sadness, all just go. And in this perfect man, who is kind, generous yet skilled and intelligent, is a big heart. And I can never stop thanking him for what he did for me. It give
